El Parque Natural de Pagoeta es tambi\u00e9n un refugio de animales dom\u00e9sticos en peligro de extinci\u00f3n, como muestra del trabajo que realizaron durante la domesticaci\u00f3n de la fauna silvestre en la \u00e9poca de nuestros antepasados: raza betizu en vacas o pottokas en caballos.<\/p>\n

A pesar de las escasas posibilidades que tienen los visitantes de ver animales salvajes, en la zona de Sarrola hay ciervos que viven a medias sueltos y que son f\u00e1cilmente visibles y los grupos de pottoka citados m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n
